2. Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery within 5 business days.
3. Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for urgent orders (Termly)

Shipping Costs : Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over 5000 within INDIA.
Order Processing Time : Orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
International Shipping : We currently ship to the following countries: India, United Kingdom. International shipping times and costs vary based on destination and customs processing.
Delivery Restrictions : We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.
Tracking Your Order : Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately, We are not provide any return and exchange facility. Personalized or custom-made products are made on demand and it is not eligible for return.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
At Studio Nine, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of certain products, we have established non-cancelable and non-refundable items. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Personalized or Custom-Made Products Items that are made to order or customized according to the customer's specifications. While these items are non-refundable, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at studio9bykhushbu@gmail.com within two days of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit.
